It is our responsibility to ourselves, to our families, our communities, and our nation to pursue great health. We learn from doing the challenging work that makes us healthy and strong. We are able to respond when the situation demands. Good physical health translates into good mental health and good mental health leads to healthier bodies. Let's do the work to be our best selves.
